From your first enquiry to ongoing collaboration with your wider clinical team — here’s what to expect.
Reach out by email or phone — hello@mirroredrecovery.com or 07516 602 511 — and share where you are and what kind of support you’re looking for. No commitment, no pressure.
A confidential conversation to understand your situation, your wider recovery context, and what level of support feels right. We’ll discuss frequency, format (in-person or Zoom), and whether mentorship is the best fit.
Regular mentorship sessions in-person or via Zoom, plus meal support and check-ins as needed between sessions. The pace and intensity are tailored to your recovery — and they evolve as you do.
With your consent, I work alongside your psychiatrist, therapist and nutritionist so your support is joined-up. This collaborative approach helps prevent fragmentation — a common reason recovery stalls.
Mentorship isn’t therapy — it’s practical, accountable, in-the-moment support that walks alongside your wider treatment. I bring lived experience, clinical training and nearly 20 years of mentoring practice. You bring whatever you can manage on the day. Together we build a life that feels worth showing up for.
