BSc MSc TOPRA Consultant | Master Practitioner in NLP | CQC Trained
Having overcome years of a debilitating eating disorder and OCD, my lived experience stands as a testament to both recovery and the ongoing self-management these conditions require. As a personal mentor and specialist recovery coach, I work collaboratively with your wider team — typically a psychiatrist, therapist and nutritionist — to support you in fully engaging with your recovery programme and rediscovering your sense of self.
With nearly 20 years’ experience mentoring adolescents and coaching vulnerable young adults, I have worked extensively with individuals facing anorexia, bulimia, addiction and ASD. My background spans the education sector as well as organisations including:
Supporting young people affected by addiction.
Working with individuals living with OCD.
Specialist support for eating disorders.
Knightsbridge and Edinburgh.
Also Theatre Technics and Mental Health Works Ltd. I am CQC trained and a Master Practitioner in NLP.
I began my career as a pharmacologist and later worked as a Senior Consultant in the regulation of UK-based clinical trials, with a particular focus on patient ethics, neuropharmacology, and paediatric research.
While I have witnessed transformation in laboratory settings, the most powerful and meaningful changes I have seen are those that occur in recovery.
Recovery is not about becoming someone else. It’s about coming home to yourself.
I work collaboratively with your psychiatrist, therapist and nutritionist — your support is joined-up, not fragmented.
Gentle, non-judgemental support — meeting you exactly where you are, without shame or pressure.
Clear structure, accountability and practical tools — translating recovery into real, sustainable daily living.
